hey what a morning we had from here on out
but I can’t play the whole lot
so I’m gonna do the weather report
the fishing report and all that stuff over the surfing
and then I’m gonna explain the hotline
to those of you don’t know what the hotline is
every morning we assemble all our news
and little reports
on a WhatsApp group called the hotline
which you can join by joining the YouTube channel
or by getting in touch with me Sean
and then the guys we are surfing with today
are very important to the hotline
this was Joe and his son
they were the very first members of the hotline
the the Complete First a brand wew yeah completely
and they’ve been on the hotline ever since
and it’s just a
like a way of keeping tabs on the ocean
we get these reports in from up and down the coast
and it’s been a lot of fun
but okay let’s just get through the weather quick
the tides are high this morning when we were surfing
and low tide at lunchtime today
with the barometric pressure is pretty steady at 1:01 8
we got playful winds and playful swell 2 to three foot
nothing going on the water is so warm
that the fishing on the inshore is not so good
but obviously the fishing on the outshore
offshore is good when the water is this warm
that’s your Agulhas current coming in and
and having effects on the different fishing
cause like um
your inshore fish they like it colder like 23 or 22
but when it’s 25 and 26 like this
they get they get lazy lazy
lazy lazy
they don’t go to the beach
they just do their own thing
um I think that’s everything conditions wise
and tomorrow looks like it’s gonna be the same
this January is really spectacular
I really hope you’re enjoying it as much as we are
