From whom permission has to be obtained to work on any structure over 60 Years old. The process of obtaining this special permisssion can take about two weeks. If the municipality can return the required documents that they will be receiving next week Thursday, complete. This whole thing should have been taken care of at the outset. I wonder how many other rules have been bent or broken?
