Casa na Duna, overlooking the world class surf break Tofinho and her wicked little sister, The Dragon, is the travelling surfers dream. And his girlfriends too…
The well appointed house is luxurious and spacious, with all kinds of cool spots to literally hang out. Hammock styley.
The house is made up of three separate and private self catering dwellings. The upstairs is huge, and two double bed flatlets on the lower levels make for about 8 people comfortably.
A mix of local materials and brick, give the house appeal and keeps it cool in summer.
TV, well-equipped cooking areas, cutlery and crockery, bedding… And you can choose to have the housed serviced for you!
A short walk to all the surf spots – Tofinho and Backdoor to the south, The Dragon and Dino’s Left out front, and a short cruise north to Praia do Tofo. Which must be the best learning-to-surf beach ever. Crystal clear warm little fun waves everywhere. Right through the tides and winds.
The market just off the beach carries all you need to fashion up your own version of local cuisine. Fresh seafood and veggies!
Or you can join the travellers from all over the world, down in Rua da Alegra – The Street of Joy, for an evening of fabulous flavours and late night laughter.
During the day, it’s not only about surfing. The fishing and diving is world class – we can arrange your deep-sea excursions for you beforehand. In season you will need to! There are also magnificent trips out on the completely calm Inhambane Bay, to Panzy Island and Linga Linga.
