Rock Salmon Season at last

Although Rock Salmon can and are caught year round, it is now-  as the air cools and the water in the estuaries clears, that they start getting restless. It’s from now until mid winter that you can expect some serious rock salmon season action.

Ryan Saunders jumped the gun and got this earlybird Rockie in the Umzimkulu on Friday night. It took a live mullet and made a great meal on the braai.
