Port Shepstone Deep Sea News
The Umzimkulu Marina down south sent us in this Port Shepstone Deep Sea News item.
Featuring a strong looking Yellowtail from the left…a big bull Dorado and a delicious Catface Rockod. These fish were caught on the Niteshift skippered by Captain Brian Lange.
Behind them in the photo is the Umzimkulu River which is navigable out to sea in the summer, more rainy season.
And it fishes very well with a wide variety of fishing on offer.
This beautiful little baby Yellowfin Kingfish fell to the standard issue small white swimming plug. The strike pro range are great but you should change the hooks as some really big gamefish also hunt in the open estuary.
