Dees Naicker got in on the early kob season and bagged this 5.3kg fish at “7th Avenue” in Port Shepstone recently.
So far the kob season has produced sporadic catches up and down the entire coastline, most of the action being had by the spearos. But shore anglers have also got a few beauties in the 30kg class. Here is a quick kob gallery of the kob action so far this year.
