It’s full on billfish season in the waters off Bazaruto, as October looms. And with the fishing peaking around November, it’s a great time to host a billfish tournament. The folks at Dugong Lodge, in Inhassoro, Southern Mozambique, are hosting the event. And CADSAS assisting with the event. Inhassoro is the closest spot on the mainland, to Bazaruto Island – it’s right out front!
This means you can get almost anywhere in the archipelago, in half an hour or so.
(CADSAS) are finalising and updating the entry fees, rules & regs and boat requirements while Martin from Dugong is assisting with all the Moz regulations and notification requirements.
If anybody is keen to spend a great few days hunting marlin, pop an email to Sean on seanj@barriertech.co.zw, to get involved in this great event.
Or get in touch with Sean Lange on umzimkulu@gmail.com to have it all packaged for you. See our Mozambique fishing options under Trips and Travel at the menu at top.
