2017 Sardine report
The first 2017 Sardine Report, as usual, is about the birds.
The seabirds that signal the start of the waiting season, have pitched up exactly on time as usual.
The Sardine News has a network of sardine spies setup along the Wild Coast. Mpandi, Mdumbi, PSJ – we got these sardine hot spots covered so stay tuned for news of their progress as we move into our favourite months of the year!
Sardine season!
BTW, if you have the inclination to get right in there with the sardines, sharks and many other wild marine mammals, click on over to http://offshoreportstjohns.com or http://divingwithsharks.co.za and hook up a trip with Rob and Debbie down in Port St. Johns. They operate a professional dive and ocean safari type operation that gets you very up close and personal with all sorts of creatures.
