6.3m Swell for Monday – KZN SC!

The swell and wind forecaster windguru.cz today placed a bet on Monday’s waves at Margate KZN South Coast to be powered by a 6.3m SW swell with offshores.
Now ain’t that a story!
It certainly is the biggest forecast any of us have been presented with in this area…but as with all the weather and wind and wave forecasters, they are proned to changing their minds. Let’s see what tomorrow brings! 6.3m!

Update: Monday morning…

Well it certainly got big! At a solid 12 to 15ft, the waves today are out of control. With the westerly conditions prevailing though, tomorrow should be more manageable and somebody might even make it out there!
