Raggies Roy

Raggies Ramsgate

Raggies Fishing Tackle in Ramsgate and KZN South Coast fishing synopsis

For quite some time now, there is a cool almost new fishing tackle shop just off the main drag in Ramsgate, on the Kwazulu Natal South Coast. Raggies! Owner Roy is always there and willing to help with your fishing requirements. He is fishing mad too, but knows that fishing is much better at night and early bells, so he doesn’t mind making traces and helping customers all day long! Great plan I say!

The shop is filled with tackle for all sorts of fishing. And the countless accessories we all need. And bait is Roy’s passion, as with every angler. The Raggies bait fridge is full of all the right stuff, for all the right fish, through all the right seasons.

The KZN south coast is an anglers paradise really. There is just so much available down here. From the deep blue and warm Mozambique current that flows straight past us a few kilometres offshore, to the wild of the surf zone, and up into the peace of the estuaries. Even the bass fishing around here is world class.

So pop into Raggies and have a nice ole chat with Roy anytime, and let him steer you in the right direction fitted out with all the right gear, and of course, fresh bait.
