Birds and all sorts of nature abound in this pretty and extremely peaceful Umzimkulu River valley and estuary system. You might have heard about the Zambezi Sharks? Don’t worry, our boat is huge! Takes 17 maximum. Has a roof. A table. Seating for all. And two engines!

A fantastic fun option is to order quality seafood, curry and all sorts from the restaurants within Spiller’s Wharf. And bring it on the boat to enjoy it out on the water. And right into nature.

We start at Spiller’s Wharf, where there is plenty of safe parking for your car. You can visit the interesting Spillers Wharf complex, steeped in history. There are all sorts of cool little shops and things, in amongst the riverside restaurants.

Heading either up or down, we navigate down to the estuary mouth and the sandspit area. And then all the back up to the ghost house. Back to Spiller’s Wharf will make it 45 delightful minutes.
